Iowa Licensed Care Agent

Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to users, the part-time Iowa Licensed Care Agent will assist Ibotta Savers via email, investigate account issues, and contribute to special projects, all while working remotely for up to 25 hours a week.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to Ibotta users through email communication
• Investigate and resolve account-related issues by reviewing customer information and app functionality
• Participate in special projects for leadership teams as needed

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to work remotely, with prior remote work experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Technologically savvy, with familiarity with Android and Apple devices
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
