Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Care Management to oversee the care management team and coordinate care for behavioral health members.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises care management team and addresses day-to-day escalations related to members or providers
• Monitors compliance with documentation requirements and assigns caseloads based on state regulations and team capabilities
• Evaluates team performance, provides coaching, and ensures high-quality care delivery to members

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• 4+ years of related experience in care management or behavioral health
• Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN with relevant experience
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to care management
• Experience in team performance evaluation and coaching
