Job Summary

Seeking an entrepreneurial Iowa Licensed Civil Engineering Leader, the full-time position will manage and mentor a high-performing team while overseeing municipal and private development projects, building client relationships, and driving business development efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of civil engineering professionals
• Provide technical oversight for municipal infrastructure and private development projects
• Build client relationships and pursue new business opportunities through networking and proposal preparation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Master's preferred)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Iowa or ability to obtain licensure
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience
• At least 5 years of experience in project management and team leadership
• Broad technical knowledge in areas such as municipal infrastructure, water resources, and land development
