Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Iowa Licensed Civil Engineering Leader, the full-time position will manage and mentor a team while overseeing municipal and private development projects, focusing on client relationships and business development in Des Moines, IA.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead a team of civil engineering professionals
• Provide leadership and technical oversight for municipal infrastructure and private development projects
• Build and strengthen client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Master's preferred)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Iowa or ability to obtain licensure
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects and leading teams
• Broad technical knowledge in areas such as municipal infrastructure, water distribution, and land development
