Iowa Licensed Client Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Excellence Representative (FINRA Licensed).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients via inbound phone calls with a variety of financial inquiries, including account maintenance and issue resolution
• Provide empathetic support and timely solutions while uncovering client needs
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance client and crew experiences through strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications and Education

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
• 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience
• High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
• Strong sense of ownership for client outcomes and accountability
• Desire for stability and commitment to a long-term career in client service
