Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, the part-time Iowa Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, focusing on personalized treatment plans and client progress while enjoying flexible scheduling and minimal administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, ensuring a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with company policies, supported by AI-powered tools

Required qualifications

• Iowa Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology
• Experience working with older adults is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth therapy delivery
• Ability to commit to at least 15 hours per week on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis
