Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide therapy and support to clients in Iowa.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling services and develop treatment plans for young adults
• Document therapy sessions and submit HIPAA compliant records using the electronic health record system
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure continuity of care for clients

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology)
• Active state license in Iowa; additional state licenses are a plus
• Experience with crisis intervention and treatment planning
• Background in providing services to young adults and adolescents in community mental health or college counseling settings
