Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Advisor (ERISA).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, interpret, and manage new laws and regulations affecting the Retirement business
• Provide technical guidance as a subject matter expert on DOL regulations, ERISA, and related compliance requirements
• Collaborate with business partners to offer consultative compliance expertise and participate in strategic projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of relevant financial services compliance experience
• Familiarity with laws governing qualified employer-sponsored retirement plans, especially ERISA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint and Teams
• Knowledge of compliance and legal issues related to financial services products and operations
