Job Summary

To support a growing insurance brokerage, the full-time Iowa Licensed Crop Insurance Agent will meet established sales goals, utilize marketing tools to drive results, and collaborate across the platform to grow and service a notable book of business remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Meet established annual sales goals
• Utilize Trucordia Crop Insurance sales and marketing tools for results-oriented activities
• Collaborate across the platform to grow and service the book of business

Required qualifications

• State-issued Property and Casualty License
• Crop Insurance License
• 5+ years in an insurance sales role
• Preferred: Farm or Ranch experience
• Preferred: Future Farmers of America (FFA) involvement
