Job Summary

As the primary contact for customers, the full-time Iowa Licensed Customer Care Representative will provide accurate information regarding retirement, life, and annuity investment products while working remotely to ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize exceptional customer service skills to address inquiries about retirement, life, and annuity products
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues

Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
  • Three years of call center or customer service experience, or one year in the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional communication skills, both orally and in writing
