Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from Iowa Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates
• Provide telephone support to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees
• Document enrollment requests and enter information into a web-based system

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
• Must reside within 1 hour driving distance from Des Moines, IA
• Background check required
• Ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds
