Job Summary

Offering a flexible opportunity, the Iowa Licensed Doctor of Optometry will conduct comprehensive eye exams remotely, utilizing patented technology while working as an Independent Contractor on a full-time or part-time basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Examine patients using remote technology in the state(s) where licensed
• Communicate with patients through specialized video conferencing tools
• Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with the support of Ophthalmic Technicians

Required qualifications:

• Iowa state license as a Doctor of Optometry
• Experience with tele-optometry or remote patient care is preferred
• Ability to work independently as an Independent Contractor
• Multiple state licenses are a plus
• Willingness to undergo credentialing and training as needed
