Job Summary

To oversee residential solar electrical operations throughout Iowa, the remote ESC Electrical Manager will manage electrical crews, ensure code compliance, and support operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality installation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day electrical operations for residential solar projects
• Manage and support licensed electricians, apprentices, and field crews
• Conduct quality control reviews and jobsite audits to ensure compliance and safety

Required qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
• Prior experience managing electrical crews or solar field operations
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and solar PV installations
• Knowledge of NEC requirements and inspection processes
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
