Job Summary
Offering a flexible, full-time opportunity, an Iowa Licensed Financial Analyst will focus on budgeting and forecasting or CECL/loan loss accounting while working 100% remotely and engaging in both month-end reporting and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes or CECL/loan loss accounting tasks, depending on focus area
- Conduct month-end reporting and contribute to strategic financial initiatives
- Analyze financial trends and performance drivers to support operational outcomes
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a financial analyst or finance-related role within banking or credit unions
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Knowledge of cash flow modeling and ability to interpret financial trends
- Background in business analysis connecting financial results to operational outcomes
- Familiarity with loan accounting or reserve-related analysis is strongly preferred
