Process Personal and Commercial lines endorsements and renewals
Complete claims and underwriting clerical functions as assigned
Respond promptly to inquiries from brokers, agents, and other stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

2+ years of property/casualty experience required
Understanding of personal and commercial policies
High school diploma or GED
Previous claims or underwriting assistant experience is a plus
Insurance education (e.g., INS, CPCU, CIC, AU) is a plus
