A company is looking for a Loan Coordinator to assist in mortgage operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide borrowers through the documentation process with clear communication and updates
• Review and analyze credit, income, and asset documentation for compliance
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient loan processing and maintain file accuracy

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a mortgage operations role
• Experience managing a borrower-facing pipeline with daily customer communication
• Preferably knowledgeable about multiple loan products (FHA, Conventional, USDA)
• Ability to manage time independently and stay productive in a remote setting
• Comfortable with structured, repetitive tasks and frequent communication
