Iowa Licensed Maternity RN Manager
Job Summary
To support comprehensive care for pregnant members, the full-time Iowa Licensed Maternity RN Manager will manage case management tasks remotely, focusing on developing personalized care plans, coordinating with healthcare providers, and addressing barriers to care.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate member needs and develop ongoing care plans in collaboration with providers and community resources
- Coordinate care between members, families, and care teams to ensure timely access to services
- Provide education and support to members and their families regarding healthcare options and resources
Required qualifications
- Active Iowa RN license or Compact State Licensure
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 2-4 years of related experience in case management and prenatal/postpartum maternal health
- Experience with OB or NICU is preferred
- Understanding of social determinants of health and care management interventions
