Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Services Member Policy Analyst RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze medical literature to inform policy development
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create evidence-based medical policies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while maintaining current medical policy content

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited registered nursing program
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or South Dakota
• 4+ years of related health plan or clinical experience
• Demonstrated ability to conduct research and make evidence-based recommendations
• Technical acumen with the ability to learn new systems quickly
