Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist licensed in Iowa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform virtual remote counseling, psychotherapy, and comprehensive mental health evaluations
- Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic support
- Compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
- Experience with technology and understanding of digital tools and platforms
- Licensure in multiple states is highly valued
- Master's degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy) from an accredited program
- Minimum years of unsupervised, post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience (2+ years for LCSW, 3+ years for LPC/LMHC and LMFT)
