Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist licensed in Iowa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform virtual remote counseling, psychotherapy, and comprehensive mental health evaluations
• Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic support
• Compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
• Experience with technology and understanding of digital tools and platforms
• Licensure in multiple states is highly valued
• Master's degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy) from an accredited program
• Minimum years of unsupervised, post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience (2+ years for LCSW, 3+ years for LPC/LMHC and LMFT)
