Key Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals with OCD via a video platform
• Manage a caseload and maintain timely clinical documentation using the EHR system
• Collaborate with a network of providers to develop and reinforce treatment decisions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in Iowa (e.g., Licensed Psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, LISW)
• Master's degree required
• At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies preferred
• Practical experience independently diagnosing is required or completion of specific training may be accepted
• Available for 40 hours a week with 25 hours of direct clinical work and evening/weekend availability
