Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist - Telehealth (Unrestricted License LISW, LMFT, LMHC- Iowa).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions while managing a diverse caseload
• Assign digital lessons and assessments to clients to enhance learning and monitor outcomes
• Participate in clinical consultation meetings and peer-based quality assurance reviews to improve clinical skills

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
• Unrestricted LISW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments and managing clinical crises
• Experience providing telehealth therapy services preferred
• Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients
