Job Summary

To support women's mental health through telehealth services, the remote Iowa Licensed Mental Health Therapist will lead individual therapy sessions, participate in clinical supervision, and work flexibly in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting
• Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills
• Work remotely with a flexible schedule, providing support to clients

Required qualifications

• Must be fully licensed in Iowa as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage & family therapist, mental health counselor, or psychologist
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in women's mental health, focusing on maternal mental health or perimenopause
• Experience working in a telehealth setting and comfort with technology
• Desire to improve mental health outcomes for underserved populations
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
