Iowa Licensed Nurse Case Manager

Job Summary

To support injured employees in their recovery, the full-time remote Iowa Licensed Nurse Case Manager will evaluate and expedite medical treatment, manage disability cases, and collaborate closely with claims and medical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Complete initial assessment reports and develop case management plans while establishing disability duration timeframes
• Analyze medical records against treatment guidelines and communicate findings to adjusters for medical action plan development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the recovery and early return to work process effectively

Required qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; BSN preferred
• 3 years of experience in Workers' Compensation Case Management preferred
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification, CDMS, and/or CRRN preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office products
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed; compact license preferred
