Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate physician schedules and ensure smooth appointment flow
• Contact patients for rescheduling and follow-up on appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of medical and/or clinical experience
• High school diploma
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight
• Willingness to attend on-site training 2-3 times per month
• Familiarity with call center remote work technology requirements
