Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Patient Outreach Coordinator with an Iowa License.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to enroll eligible patients in the specialty pharmacy program
• Educate patients on the services provided by the specialty pharmacy program
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and protect company values

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Iowa pharmacy technician license is required
• 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience
• High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License is preferred
• National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred but not required
• Commitment to obtaining required licensure if not currently held
