Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform symptom assessment triage utilizing protocols for care delivery and disposition
• Document call criteria in electronic medical records (eMR) in a timely manner
• Provide health information and referrals to customers while maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active and unrestricted nursing license in Iowa and Illinois
• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience; 2-3 years preferred
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Knowledge of federal healthcare laws and regulations
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and electronic health systems
