Job Summary

To support positive lifestyle changes, the part-time Iowa Licensed Seasonal Health Coach will engage with clients through telephonic coaching to set and achieve personal health goals from the end of August through December, with the option for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic health coaching sessions to assist clients in setting and achieving fitness, nutrition, and wellness goals
• Utilize Health Risk Assessment results to tailor coaching strategies for individual participants
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients to encourage behavior change and goal attainment

Required qualifications

• Iowa licensure as a health coach or relevant certification
• Experience in health coaching, wellness, or related fields
• Strong understanding of fitness, nutrition, and behavioral change strategies
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Proficiency in using telephonic and e-coaching tools for client engagement
