Iowa Licensed Senior Actuarial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Analyst to perform moderately complex actuarial work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with team members to ensure appropriate rate and reserve levels
• Completes pricing, reserving, and modeling work assignments and presents recommendations
• Leads and participates in special projects related to product development and regulatory changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, math, or statistics
• Two years of actuarial experience, with relevant internship experience considered
• Completion of VEEs and at least two actuarial exams
• Strong knowledge of mathematics, probability, and statistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and knowledge of at least one programming language, preferably SQL
