Job Summary
To support individuals with Substance Use Disorder, the fully remote Iowa Licensed SUD Nurse Practitioner will provide telehealth assessments, medication management, and care coordination, working collaboratively with a team dedicated to whole-person care.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct health evaluations to assess substance use and overall functioning
- Diagnose health conditions and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the care team and external providers to deliver coordinated care
Required qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Iowa
- Active DEA license and experience in behavioral health or addiction medicine
- Several years of experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or psychiatry
- Board certification in specialty preferred
- Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR platforms
