Iowa Licensed Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the administration and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, the full-time remote Iowa Licensed Systems Analyst will develop communication strategies, automate processes, and enhance tools to improve student engagement throughout the admissions process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CRM enhancements and support system integrations to ensure data integrity
• Develop innovative communication strategies and create impactful reports and dashboards
• Lead technical projects from planning through implementation in collaboration with Admissions staff and campus partners

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of related experience
• Experience administering Salesforce CRM and digital marketing platforms
• Experience working in higher education admissions
• Experience building automated workflows or communication campaigns
• Experience leading system improvements or technology projects
