Job Summary

A nationwide law firm is looking for an Iowa licensed Workers' Compensation Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience to assist with workers' compensation matters on a remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle general case workup activities including written discovery, motion work, depositions, and trial preparation in Iowa workers' compensation litigation matters
• Provide legal representation and advice in workers' compensation cases
• Work independently or collaboratively on litigation tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience in workers' compensation litigation
• Licensed to practice law in Iowa
