Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central Iowa Organizer to join their political team.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit volunteers and allies in support of campaigns, focusing on developing new leaders
• Build the capacity and leadership of volunteers and grassroots organizations through training and support
• Develop and implement campaign strategies in collaboration with team and partner organizations

Required Qualifications

• Experience with grassroots organizing in various capacities, including voter registration and mobilization
• Experience in training others in grassroots outreach skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations across various backgrounds
• Proficiency in using basic online programs for remote work
• Strong time management and organizational skills to balance multiple projects
