IP and Brand Protection Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IP & Brand Protection Specialist to join their Brand Protection team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the Brand Protection share drive and Case Management database
• Monitor global online marketplaces for infringing products and file takedowns for violations
• Maintain records of intellectual property activities and prepare financial reports

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in trademark or intellectual property
• Completion of a 2-year program at a community college, technical or commercial school, or equivalent experience
• Experience navigating online marketplaces and understanding online operations
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
