IP Network Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IP Network Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure and scalable IP network solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-level and low-level designs for IP networks, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
• Design and manage the interconnectivity of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
• Define and implement robust network security policies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and network access control (NAC)

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of IP protocols, networking concepts, and technologies
• Proven track record in designing and deploying complex network infrastructures
• Solid grasp of network security principles and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable
