Job Summary

Supporting a team responsible for nationwide network projects, the contract IP Network Engineer III will manage network augments, migrations, and provisioning tasks while troubleshooting complex issues across multiple sites in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage network augments, migrations, and provisioning tasks
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across multiple locations
• Provide support for customer issues and sales-related network inquiries

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of network engineering experience, preferably with large Internet Service Providers (ISPs)
• Experience with migration, augment, provisioning, and customer support
• Proficiency in troubleshooting across multiple sites
• Technical experience with Juniper, Cisco, Nokia, and Ciena network hardware
