Job Summary
A company is looking for an IP Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage copyright and trademark takedown, escalations, and complex IP matters
- Prioritize daily work, collaborate with partners, and track metrics for intellectual property enforcement
- Consult on IP policies, measure quality of decisions, and explore scaled approaches for IP moderation
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in intellectual property enforcement
- Deep familiarity with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
- Experience managing and training operations or trust and safety teams
- Demonstrated success in implementing scalable solutions to complex operations challenges
- Ability to work through ambiguity and make policy-informed decisions
