IP Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IP Operations QC/Renewals Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks on patent and trademark docket processing
• Ensure integrity of patent and trademark data
• Handle quality checks within the docketing system and develop quality check processes

Required Qualifications:

• B.A. or B.S. degree or High School diploma/GED with relevant experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 5+ years of experience as a patent and trademark docketer (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in managing patent annuities and trademark renewals (preferred)
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (preferred)
