IP Operations Systems Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time IP Operations Systems Specialist will manage the maintenance of IP systems through audits and data validation, assist with matter opening and staffing updates, and develop reports and audits to support the IP Operations Team.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure IP systems are maintained through regular audits, data cleanup, and validation
- Assist with daily matter opening and staffing updates required by practice groups
- Develop and run recurring and ad hoc reports and audits as requested by department leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in patent or trademark prosecution support services preferred
- Proficiency in MS SQL preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as IP docketing/management systems
