IP Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IP Paralegal to join their in-house Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with management of product support, including IP transactions, open source software, copyrights, and trademarks
• Manage OSS and other IP workflows while promoting the IP program through events and recognition initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance team effectiveness and generate IP-related reports for strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in product support, with knowledge of IP transactions and open source software
• Experience in establishing in-house IP processes, systems, and tools
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management and reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while being detail-oriented and organized
