Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patent - IP Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with management of the Patent Management System and related processes
Promote the IP program through events and recognition initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance team effectiveness and manage IP-related tasks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience as a paralegal in patents, preferably in-house
Experience with Anaqua Intellectual Property Management System (IPMS)
Familiarity with IP transactions, trademarks, open source software, and copyrights
Technical proficiency with office productivity software and project management tools
