IP Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a temporary IP Paralegal (contract) for a top tech company, working remotely for a duration of 8 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the integration of new legal support software to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the seamless integration of the new IP Management System (IPMS)
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to IP assets and activities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an In-House IP Paralegal with a strong understanding of intellectual property law
• Experience collecting samples of use for trademark and copyright registration applications
• Proficiency with IP Management Systems is essential
• Project management experience, particularly in integrating new legal support software, is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Symphony by MaxVal, Clarivate, or Anaqua is beneficial
