IP Sales Engineering Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IP Sales Engineering Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and influence system software and Network Operating Systems for various service providers and enterprise networks
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the software lifecycle and drive modular OS architecture best practices
• Partner with Product Management and Development to define new products and develop business opportunities for IP and Optical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Proven experience in software architecture within the telecommunications or networking industry
• Pre sales or customer facing L1-L3 network engineering experience with a telecommunications focus
• Strong technical background in IP/MPLS, MPLS TP, and Carrier Ethernet
• In-depth knowledge of communications and networking standards and industry best practices
