Iranian Ministry Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing ministry, the full-time Iranian Ministry Specialist will develop financial and prayer partnerships, research the needs of Iranian international students, and train volunteers to serve effectively, with the flexibility to work remotely and attend events as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships to support the ministry's budget
• Research and understand the needs of Iranian international students and minister to them through various outreach activities
• Recruit and train volunteers for campus ministry, creating programs to build relationships with Iranian students

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum of three years of experience living in Iran or serving Iranian international students/immigrants
• Adherence to the organization's statement of faith and core values
• Demonstrated commitment to sharing faith in personal relationships
• Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
