Job Summary

A company is looking for an Iraq Third Party Monitoring Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all field data collection and research across Iraq
• Remotely manage teams of field monitors and ensure compliance with security protocols
• Conduct local context assessments and produce reports while providing data quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• At least five years of experience in humanitarian, development, or transition fields
• Experience in training data collection teams and ensuring data quality
• Fluency in Arabic and English required
• Knowledge of the Iraq operating context and experience supervising staff
