Job Summary

A company is looking for an IRB Analyst to support the Office of Human Subject Protections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and conduct the review and approval process for research activities involving human subjects
  • Serve as a liaison between the IRB and the research community to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Assist IRB chairs and members in protecting the rights and welfare of human subjects in research
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in ethics, scientific, engineering, or healthcare administrative discipline
  • 3-5 years of work experience in research ethics and methodologies, including human subjects' review
  • Experience in applying complex regulatory systems in research settings
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, internet browsers, and email
  • Certification as an IRB professional (CIP) is preferred
