Job Summary
Providing essential administrative support, the full-time IRB Support Coordinator will manage the preparation of high-quality board meeting minutes, author reporting letters to government oversight agencies, and assist the IRB Support Team, all while working remotely in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Attend and draft minutes for at least two IRB meetings per week, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the Meeting Coordinator and Board Chair to review agenda items and finalize meeting minutes in a timely manner
- Assist with audit requests and identify strategies for continuous improvement in IRB Support operational procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
- 3+ years of industry or office experience
- 2+ years of IRB or Clinical Research Industry experience preferred
- Recognition from an accredited organization (e.g., PRIM&R's Certified IRB Professional) is a plus
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
