Job Summary

Supporting the dynamic global operations, the full-time Senior Corporate Counsel will provide dedicated legal counsel on complex financial SaaS/data technology-related sales contracts, collaborate with various internal stakeholders, and engage with emerging technologies while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex sales contracts related to financial SaaS and data technology
• Act as a strategic partner to the Sales organization, supporting all aspects of the sales effort
• Train and collaborate with legal teams on sales operational improvements and knowledge management practices

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, preferably in software/SaaS/data technology
• Qualified attorney with an active license to practice law in Ireland
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to translate business needs into legal solutions
• Knowledge of intellectual property, contract law, and preferably information security and data privacy
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
