Ironclad Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting an in-house legal team remotely, the full-time Ironclad Implementation Specialist will manage the implementation, testing, and optimization of Ironclad solutions while ensuring successful project execution and data migration.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft, execute, and manage technical and UAT test scripts
- Lead data validation and quality assurance activities
- Manage implementation workstreams and project deliverables through completion
Required qualifications:
- Deep, hands-on experience implementing Ironclad CLM solutions in enterprise environments
- Proven ability to independently execute end-to-end implementation and deployment activities
- Strong expertise in data migration, data validation, and system testing
- Experience creating and executing UAT and technical test scripts
- Ability to manage multiple implementation workstreams with minimal oversight
