IRS Data Pipeline Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Pipeline Engineer to support an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) client.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex software applications based on business requirements
• Investigate new solutions and troubleshoot complex issues while guiding and mentoring team members
• Maintain ownership of developing and deploying application functionality using various tools, including Databricks and SQL

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience
• Active IRS Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) clearance
• Experience with IRS data and integration of technologies in a federal IT environment
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, ETL, BI tools, and programming languages such as Java and Python
