Job Summary
Seeking an IRS MBI Cleared AI Prompt Engineer for a contract-to-hire position in Greenbelt, Maryland, who will lead the development and optimization of prompt engineering strategies, design Retrieval-Augmented Generation frameworks, and develop AI applications using Python and cloud services, all while working onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and implement the development and optimization of prompt engineering strategies

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of overall experience
- Active IRS MBI Clearance and current GFE
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and AWS cloud services
- Proficient in Python AI application development
- Deep understanding of RAG frameworks and prompt engineering techniques
